6-12 Months Before Deadline
- Contact your ACJV Regional Coordinator as soon as possible about a potential project:
Mitch Hartley (CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT)
Craig Watson (GA, FL, NC, SC, and Puerto Rico)
- Check out the TIPS section on this webpage
- Provide a draft of your proposal as soon as possible for comments and review from your Regional JV coordinator
- Provide the Regional JV Coordinator a final draft for review no later than 3 weeks prior to the deadline. Late proposals, submitted close to the deadline,may not get adequate review time, which can reduce the quality of your proposal.
